Starting with the living room, where you’ll find plenty of leather couches and matching blankets by the fireplace. In this living room, you will find many comfortable places to relax with your coffee cup, a book, or a movie. The Splash Mansion lounge is the perfect place to relax after your getaway to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. Going down the stairs from the living room you will find the dining room with several small dining tables and a large granite countertop.

Kitchen

The Splash Mansion kitchen is everything you need to feed 48 guests. With almost double the amount of everything you need, including sinks, large refrigerators, ovens, and electric stoves. You should have all the right tools to cook your favorite large meals. The many cabinets and closets featured give you plenty of storage space while you cook. Other handy tools and small appliances are included, such as coffee makers, a blender, knife sets, toasters, etc.

In the center of this kitchen is a luxurious and large granite countertop with enough space to prepare and eat a buffet-style meal with friends and family. This countertop is surrounded by plenty of stools for everyone to enjoy the meal.

Dining Area

Dining in the Splash Mansion cabin is easy with the large dining area next to the kitchen. The main table of Splash Mansion is a granite countertop, which gives a modern and luxurious image to the dining room. This counter is surrounded by many stools to make the meal enjoyable for everyone.

Next to this main counter is a second wooden counter surrounded by stools that can accommodate up to seven people. Right next to these two large counters are 4 dining tables with 4 chairs each, which can accommodate many people in the dining room. Splash Mansion offers you a large space in the dining room so you don’t have to leave anyone out during your family or friends’ meals!

Bedrooms

If you’re worried about sacrificing sleeping space by cramming 48 people into one cabin, let Splash Mansion ease your fears. This large cabin in the hills of the Smoky Mountains offers numerous rooms including 12 bathrooms for a large group getaway that is as comfortable as it is memorable. In its various rooms, the Splash Mansion has 6 king-size beds, 6 queen-size beds, 7 bunk beds, 1 queen sleeper, and 6 twin sleeper sofas.

Each room offers a clean, open space, complete with amenities such as reading lamps, bedside tables, ceiling fans, and sofas. Some rooms also have luxurious windows overlooking the Smokies. Finally, each room has its own television so no one has to fight for the remote while you’re away.

Indoor Pool & Hot tub

At Splash Mansion, no matter what time of year you decide to come you can enjoy a refreshing swim in its large pool. With windows offering impressive views of the mountains, the Splash Mansion pool is sure to be a popular hangout during your group getaway!

As if that weren’t enough, just steps away from the pool are two outdoor hot tubs with impressive views of the Smoky Mountains.

Game Room

On its lower level, Splash Mansion has an incredible game room. Equipped with several arcade games, a pool table, shuffleboard, and flat-screen TVs, this room leaves no stone unturned when it comes to cabin fun! Young and old alike will be delighted to try out the Fast & Furious Driving Simulator as well as the Multicade Arcade Gaming System, which includes many games such as Galaga, PacMan, DKong, etc.

You’ll also enjoy a bar and a comfortable couch where you can lay back with your freshly made drinks.

Theater Room

When you’re entertaining a group of 48 in the Smokies, you need plenty of options in your cabin. The Splash Mansion offers you an experience like no other: a private large movie theater! With 25 theater-style seats, you can have a true movie experience inside this large cabin. Watch your favorite movies or a new release using the mounted projector and giant screen found in this space.

Outdoor Spaces

We’re sure you’ll love your stay at Splash Mansion for the breathtaking views from its main outdoor terrace and its three large balconies. Due to its towering height, this large mansion offers impressive views of the Smoky Mountains. Enjoy these views from rocking chairs, outdoor sofas, or even from one of the two outdoor hot tubs.
