Great family vacation cabin! The view is beautiful from the many porches. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Love all the wood walls, ceilings and floors. It is amazing! High quality linens and towels. They have every amenity you need for a lovely stay here! We found a fantastic dog park close by at Mills Park. Gave the pups a great vacation too 😊 Will definitely stay here again!

First time visiting Gatlinburg, the cabin had everything for a small family with all the attractions just a few minutes away.

Amazing place! We will be back. When we weren’t at Dollywood, we were fine staying back and staying all day in this private gem!

We did ask for a fan and they delivered the very next day which was great!There was a local resident with multiple dogs and they barked a lot. The property company looked into it and they said a bear was in the area, however, we continued to hear the barking.

Beautiful mountain retreat. They were very attentive to detail on the cabin and responded quickly to any messages. They even checked in with a phone call the following day to ensure everything was going well. We would definitely stay again. Be prepared for a steep mountain drive, but we'll worth it!!

My husband and I stayed at the 1 bedroom (Romantic/Enchantment Cabin) for our honeymoon. It was wonderful, very cozy, intimate, comfortable, and clean. Beautiful cabin with great amenities, nice environment, great hosts who welcome and check on you. Thanks for a great stay. We would definitely recommend and stay again. (No relection on the cabin, but the nearby dogs barked a lot, so if it's hard to ignore, then reconsider a different cabin/location from this company. I could ignore them more than my husband so they were no issue for me)

Awesome place. Very happy with our stay here. It had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Absolutely loved the theater and game room. Far enough from major touristy area to avoid massive traffic but really just minutes when you want to go places. Would give more than 5 stars if we could.

We vacation twice a year in various locations and ghosal is by far the best we have rented from. The house was immaculately clean and accurately described on the website. Directions for check in and check out were clear and simple. Ghosal was quick to answer any questions we had. The house was gorgeous! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this past week! This cabin was perfect for our family vacation. It provided everything we needed and wanted. We made memories together that will last forever. The little ones had a blast swimming in the private pool and watching movies in the theater room.

This cabin was perfect for a group of 5 couples. Each couple was able to have their own bedroom and bathroom. All beds were king size and very comfortable. The views of the mountains from the cabin were breathtaking and stunning. Although the drive up to the cabin was a little intimidating it was still worth it. The cabin was full of amenities itself and made it easy for us to have plenty of things to do. The host contacted me privately on the second day to check in and to see if we needed anything. They were very kind and thoughtful.

Skyview Serenity was the perfect place for us and our extended family of 9. Everything was spotless and the views were spectacular. We all decided we wanted to make this an annual event.

The cabin was as amazing in person as it is pictured on the website. The hot tub and the theater room were by far our favorite. We loved how peaceful it was. Will definitely be back.

Ghosal’s place was a wonderful and peaceful oasis. It was clean, really nicely furnished, and had everything we needed for a relaxing but fun long weekend in the mountains. We really appreciated the amount of work that went into making the cabin so fun, and the fact that they called us on the second afternoon to make sure checking went well and that we had everything we needed.
Because of the rain that weekend, we made sure to utilize the home theater (and had fun with the ceiling lights which made movie watching even better!)
This place would be perfect for a family with kids, who could be entertained by the pool table, and arcade games, theater, and absolutely *awesome* indoor pool! I can imagine someone teaching their little children to swim in the small heated pool, or keeping an eye on their older kids from the soothing hot tub (which sits right outside the floor to ceiling windows of the pool room).
10/10 would absolutely stay again

This place was great. The location was perfect for us. Far enough away from everything for some quiet but close enough so that it wasn’t a pain to get there. All of the amenities were great for the kids. Kept them busy and not bothering the adults. Love the hot tub and kids loved the pool. Wish we had more time to spend there. Would definitely go back.

Perfect cabin for a family with kiddos, the pool, movie theater, games, kids books, really made the trip so much better. Very responsive, helpful, and kind hosts who care immensely for their guests. Definitely will be booking with them again.

Beautiful, comfortable, peaceful, fun, spacious, a great place to stay for our family of four and two dogs. We enjoyed everything the house had to offer, including grilling on the deck every night, relaxing in the hot tub, swimming in the pool (great for my daughter rehabbing a sore knee), ping pong and pool table and video games, and we enjoyed nightly viewings of our favorite show in the home theater. It was a quick drive to the trailheads in the national park and there is a good grocery (Food City) very nearby, which was super convenient as we happily ate in the whole trip. We had a ton of space, the house can easily accommodate twice as many people, but we were looking for extra room so people could get some privacy and quiet when they wanted.

We loved staying here! It was close to everything but also far enough away to have privacy! The kids had fun in the pool and playing in the basement. We would 100% stay here again!

We stayed in the cabin right in Gatlinburg. It was by far the best vacation home we've rented. Everything was well taken care of - the kitchen, appliances, beds, bathrooms, pool, hot tub - so clean. I called prior to staying to notify them of my daughter's peanut allergy, and they cared about it and let the cleaning staff and inspector know prior to our stay. The layout of the home is excellent. We were thrilled with the outdoor set up with the fire pit and bean bag toss too. 5+ stars.

We booked our cabin through Vrbo. Very easy process. The cabin is so beautiful and Spacious. I really love that it is pet friend too. Not to many places are. My husband, son, our 2 dogs and I stayed in the Heavenly Bliss. There is a lot of steps but worth it when you get to the top. The cabin has 2 big bedrooms with 2 full baths. Plus 2- 1/2 baths. Price is reasonable. The pictures are exactly what you get. Very clean. The kitchen has everything you need to cook with and eat with, just bring your own food. The cabin also has a gas grill to cook on. l loved the old school arcade games and pool table. The hot tub felt amazing. The pool is small but there are a lot of waterparks in town. The host was awesome. Step by step instructions. No hassle. About 10-15 minutes from town. We got to watch our first wild bear casually walking down the road, while sitting on the front porch(maybe 50 ft way) which was amazing to see. Definitely will be back!

Beautiful cabin! We were all stunned when we walked through the front door. The cabin was immaculate. Loaded kitchen made it easy to cook any meal, as did the grill on the middle deck...we had a lower deck with a hot tub and an upper balcony with rocking chairs. The pool was amazing. Our cabin had two bedrooms that were the same size, both with huge bathrooms. There were two other additional half bathrooms in the house as well. Everything was spotless. Outside was also spotless and free of bugs or even cobwebs, really appreciated that!! The couch in the front room was a sturdy and comfortable third sleeping option. There were numerous TVs in the cabin and all you have to do is remember your passwords to access your profiles on various apps etc., unless you do the QR code. Cabin was beautifully decorated, and you were surrounded by wood inside - instantly feels very warm and inviting. We are already planning our next trip! Highly recommend.

We loved our stay there. My grandkids loved the pool and also the pool table. The cabin had everything you could possibly need for a fun, enjoyable stay. Location was great and very close to the Parkway and all of Pigeon Forge’s attractions. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The drive up the mountain was a little scary on a rainy day with lots of hairpin curves but once we were there, we had everything we needed. We grilled out, watched movies, went swimming and made s’mores. We didn’t need to leave for anything because it was all there. Each bedroom had its own bathroom so there was plenty of space to be together or retreat for relaxing time alone. We would definitely love to go back soon.

This was my first time booking an Airbnb. I was not disappointed! The place was very clean, and it smelled amazing. The amenities were great, and we really enjoyed the pool table and the hot tub. It was close to so many different activities. The communication was awesome, and I didn't have any trouble at all during the check in or check out process. I also loved the call during my stay to ensure that we had everything that we needed. I would definitely rent with Ghosal again.

This property was unbelievable inside and out. It was spotless when we arrived and well decorated. This house has all the amenities you could ask for (indoor pool, game room and theater). We enjoyed hanging out at the house and enjoying the home and the view. The road is very curvy going up to the house but the drive is worth the amazing view once you are there. Each bedroom has its own bath which was awesome and 3 other 1/2 baths in the home. Ghosal properties were unbelievable and called to make sure how stay was going. I explained that we could not find pool table chalk and the timers on the outside lights were off schedule so they sent the maintenance guy came and brought chalk and fixed the lights. I would definitely stay at a Ghosal property in the future.

We had an excellent stay with Ghosal. Our host was super responsive and empathetic to our concerns and made it an absolute priority to check on us after an unexpected problem. Very friendly with a down-to-earth demeanor. That alone can ease travel stress. The house was beautiful. You opened a door and instantly felt at home. You step out on the balcony and you got views of the city lights, peace in a rocking chair and literal sights of nature...the bears are crafty. The game room and theater room were so nice. Kept the kids entertained. A little winding trip back down the mountain and you're not far from the attractions and shops. So much to do. Being dog friendly is a plus. Our dogs were quite at peace, just like home. Fantastic stay.

Our family loved the home. Its is the most well maintained vacation home I have ever stayed in. This house has it all pool table, hot tube, indoor pool. Our family stayed entertained the entire week using all the amenities it had to offer. The home was not only beautiful but very very clean. I would recommend this home to all my family and friends.

Our stay was great! The cabin was very clean and was decorated very nice. The pool was nice for the kids, they had a blast! The gas fire pit was nice to make s’mores on in the evening. Movie theater was very nice. Beds were comfortable but the downstairs bedroom was a bit warm at night. The only thing that we would change is maybe the couch. There is only one very small couch for the entire cabin. But other than that it was very nice, peaceful and beautiful area. I would definitely stay again.

This is the relaxing vaca we needed. Everything was exactly how they described and pictured. No fence for the pup. However, there is a great dog park about 15 min from the cabin. Other than the dog park and grocery shopping, we didn't need to leave his cabin.

Host was very informative and contacted us about the active bears and wild life in the area. Which was awesome and we actually were able to see from the balcony. My group was really appreciated the heads up. The road to get up to the house was one of my favorite parts. The home is beautiful and we will be back.

My husband and I visited for a quick weekend away. We loved everything about this property, it was exactly what we needed and what we were looking for during our short stay. We brought our small shih tzu as well and it was perfect for the three of us. So incredibly clean, including the pool area and hot tub, you can tell they take great care to ensure everything is immaculate for their guests. The house had so much to do if you do not want to venture out, and was close to all the action if you are so inclined. The host was extremely communicative and went above and beyond, even called to check in to make sure that we had everything we needed, which we did! It was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend, we hope to be back sooner rather than later!

This cabin was more than we were expecting! I was not expecting a hot tub nor theater room. The indoor pool had its own half bath and so did the theater. The whole cabin along with the rental staff was amazing.

This property made us feel like we were home. My family of 4 (plus 2 dogs) enjoyed this property for several days. The seller was very communicative, and the checkin process was easy. The property was clean upon arrival and the kids enjoyed all of the amenities this property had to offer. I would definitely stay here again.

This was an amazing experience for us as we shared the home with 2 other couples and we had our 2 teenage sons with us. There was plenty of space and activities for everyone to do without overcrowding an area or being in each other's way.

Everything was very clean and well kept. Plenty of kitchen utensils provided which was very helpful. Seeing a floor layout of house before renting definitely helps a lot. It was nice that each room had a bathroom in it and another 2 bathrooms in the downstairs common area were very handy.

I will say that although it sleeps 10 people, 2 would have to sleep on the pull out sofa in the upstairs loft area which would mean very little if any privacy for those guests. I recommend no more than 8 unless you are planning on sleeping 3 children in one of the 4 king size beds.

Overall it was a great place to stay and was not too far from the major attractions in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and surrounding areas.

The cabin was beautiful inside and out! Perfect place to stay and the staff was extremely helpful for any issues that we had. Amazing views!

We had an amazing stay. The home was clean, towels smelled amazing, plenty of extra pillows, and lots of amenities. The host was quickly responsive which is very appreciated. It's located right in the mountains, we saw bears while staying here. Definitely recommended for someone with a large family, there are so many things to do inside the cabin.

Very clean, comfy, and relaxing place to stay!

We came for the weekend as a back to school trip for my daughter and nephew. The location of the cabin in relation to local attractions and shopping is perfect, even if you choose to take the routes with less traffic.

The cabin was exceptionally clean to be pet-friendly. A couple family members and doggy decided to stay home last minute and I actually forgot that it was even pet friendly because it was so clean. The bathrooms and showers were pristine and well stocked with towels and wash cloths. The towels shaped into butterflies were a big hit with the kids and a thoughtful touch! The cabin was a bit smaller than expected but that was to no fault of the company and pictures were an accurate depiction of what to expect upon arrival.

The kitchen was well stocked with normal things you might need during your stay and then some (blender, hand mixer, electric can opener)! There was enough toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid and dishwasher detergent for our stay. There was a small selection of k-cups for the Keurig, creamer, instant oatmeal packets, and popcorn stocked above the coffee station as well!

Communication was excellent and we were sent all info/codes prior to arrival, just as originally told. We were encouraged to reach out for any needs/questions and actually received a phone call making sure we had everything we needed and were enjoying our stay. The hospitality was wonderful and we had a great weekend!

Wonderful property with everything you could want for all ages. Our group loved having the fire pit, the game room and the media room. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out and having a bathroom for each bedroom was a major plus.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. My father which was 89 yrs old wanted to go to the mountains. He got his wish. We even done movie night with him which he enjoyed. My mother died two years ago and he wanted to go to places they went to. I’m glad we could make it happen. He just loved the cabin as all us did.

I booked for my birthday weekend the place was everything and some. I ate at great restaurants all weekend love the buffets sevierville had to offer. Very peaceful with a lot of things to do. The indoor pool and hot tub was a plus I love to swim. We will be back soon

They have added so many fun things to do inside the cabin you could start and finish your vacation without even leaving the cabin! In addition to the wonderful amenities they are extremely helpful and very interactive to questions or needs throughout your stay. They even checked in midweek to make sure we had everything we needed!! We will definitely be searching their properties for next years vacation get a way.

Very friendly and helpful. The home we rented was beautiful and just as described. We wanted to check in a day early and they went out of their way to make it happen for us.

We were in a pinch and needing a cabin asap as our cabin we rented off of VRBO was a complete disaster. This cabin from Ghosal Luxury popped up in my feed and looked amazing so I called the number. I got a real live person, Lois, and she was awesome! She got us in the most amazing cabin and we have ZERO complaints, only praises. It was gorgeous, CLEAN, and so spacious! Steep road but that only means more spectacular views! Did my morning devotionals on the top balcony (there are 3) and that set the whole vibe for the day. Hot tub was amazing and very cool with special lighting and a little waterfall. This home is 3 levels and offers so much to do. I received a few texts from Lois throughout the week making sure we were happy or if there was anything we needed. I mean who does that anymore?!?! We loved the cabin, we loved using this company and we love Lois 💕💕

This place is amazing, from start to finish the attention on oversight of our check in/reservation was friendly and professional, & attentive. The view is nothing short of breathtaking. The lodge itself was beautiful and certainly worth every penny. The drive up and down with the switch back, bending roads are scary, just take your time and drive with a buddy. But well worth it.

We booked Enchanted Forest Hideaway which is a 2 bedroom cabin that had plenty of space for our family of four. My kids are 15 and 9 and they never wanted to leave the cabin. They loved the pool, the hot tub, and the game room. There was seating by the pool so I could sit and watch them at times I did not want to get in the pool. This was probably the cleanest cabin I have ever stayed in and we will definitely be booking with them again when we go back to the area. Our cabin was very close to the outlet stores and all the fun things to do. We had one or two questions during our stay and the host responded within minutes each time with a solution. Amazing hosts and our funnest stay ever in Pigeon Forge.

Great stay at a great house.

The cabin was very clean, and we loved the location...off the beaten path... The layout was perfect for our family...which ranged from 74-2. We enjoyed the game room, especially my son and his two teenage boys...and the movie and theatre rooms as well. Since there were so many of us going all over the place, we ran low on towels, but we washed some, and it was fine. We ate almost every meal in the cabin, and I would say that the dishes and glassware were great, but the pots and pans are showing a bit of wear and tear...Mine at home are as well (Haha) I understand that there is a huge turnover, and it must be hard keeping track of what needs updating. Someone else probably wouldn't have even noticed, but I cook a great deal. My family makes fun of me because I'm supposed to be on vacation.Be prepared for the drive up the mountain to the cabin...switchbacks and steep grades, but so worth it...spectacular view! From the back porch we saw not only fireworks in the distance in Pigeon Forge but also a bear way down the hill...amazing!My biggest compliment is the service. I have stayed in many VRBO rentals, and Ib have never had such excellent response to problems. If I reported something, the response was almost immediate. The concern for our comfort was evident in every text or phone call. I plan to write a review on the site that adds my comments to the other excellent reviews of the cabin. The praise is well-earned.

This cabin has it all is huge, has a private pool indoor, 2 bedrooms with huge beds the smell of fresh wood is amazing, soo relaxing in a safe nice place in the woods, so close to everything specially Pigeon Force will take you 10 mnts, the Host were in touch with us from the first beginning I booked the cabin till the end, we got lost finding the cabin and immediately after contacting them they helped us to find it, it was a pleasure being their guest, everything is perfect in this beautiful place thank you for having us 💕😊

Amazing cabin 10/10 recommend

We enjoyed our stay at this house immensely. There was so many things to do that were enjoyable for all three generations that were part of our vacation - an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, pool table, ping pong table, arcade games, movie room, and a basketball game. The bedroom/bathroom accommodation's were ideal. Rocking chairs on the three back porches got a lot of use! We really didn’t have much of a need to contact the owner, but when we did, they were very quick to respond, even proactively reaching out to us during our stay to make sure they were meeting our expectations. Highly recommend!

This place has a great view and was very clean. The kids loved the pool area. We had 2 bears and a couple of deer come through the back yard while we were there which was awesome to see. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, the property had many nice amenities and I would recommend the place for its scenic views, cleanliness of the interior and responsive property managers. If you are traveling with someone who is elderly or handicapped, I would warn you the property is not equipped for accessibility and you should bring a shower chair. There were no handrails or benches in any of the showers. We had a family member who suffered a recent foot injury and it was difficult for them to get around the property to enjoy the amenities, and they experienced difficulty showering.

Also, I would recommend bringing extra blankets, as what is on the bed is what you get, a sheet and a small blanket and nothing else.

Outside, the views were amazing and the space was excellent for our dog and family to explore. There was a bit of unsightly construction material strewn about that did take away from some of the aesthetic, though; random conduit, hoses just thrown on the ground, plywood disintegrating and drain pipes sitting out in the open.

Lastly, the drive up and down the mountain can be strenuous if you're not used to tight switchback curves. 40 minutes of each drive was just getting up down and back up the mountain. This is just a warning and I would not hold it against the property, but it is a reality.

All around, this place earned a solid 4.5 in our book. I would give this place 5 stars if they considered accessibility and cleaned up the construction materials outside.

The house is spacious, comfortable, stylish, and clean with comfortable porches on every level. The bed and bathroom linens are all cotton, which we really appreciate as hot sleepers. The kitchen is fully furnished and has kids dishes and utensils which was a nice touch for traveling with our girl. We had a nice stay in a roomie home with easy access to Dollywood and Gatlinburg. Remember for your stay to bring large baby gates for the stairs as there is no way to keep toddlers segregated in the main living areas.

We had a great stay at Hidden Gem. The cabin was clean and met our expectations. We did need propane and batteries for the remotes, and they responded quickly and had the items delivered before we got back from our outing for the day. Definitely recommend and we will stay again!

The property was outstanding!!! The small touches they had laid out in the kitchen and bathroom were remarkable!! The theater room - to die for! The rooftop above the pool was PERFECT for watching the Fourth of July fireworks! The property manager stayed in contact with us and also quickly addy a small pool issue we had. You will NOT be disappointed!!!!!

Place was amazing. The views were outstanding. The house was very welcoming, clean and we loved all the activities there. Pool was clean and amazing. Hot tub was wonderful and the movie room was very cool. Kids didn’t want to leave!

Everything was as depicted in the listing. We enjoyed our stay. Be mindful if you have small animals or children to bring a baby gate or two, the pool has a lock so that’s awesome.

Awesome host and probably the best cabin I’ve ever stayed at. If available book it for your next trip because this cabin is perfect for large groups. Super close to Dollywood you could walk to the park if you had to less than a 3 minute drive. Indoor pool is very nice surprisingly bigger than it looks in photos and very clean.

We really enjoyed staying here. Nice location, not far from gatlinburg. We loved the indoor pool, movie room, game room and hot tub. We are already talking about wanting to go back.

My husband & I went to the cabin for our vacation. we had a wonderful time in Tennessee. We were amazed with the cabin. Indoor pool, hot tube, pool table ,arcade game room & theater room. Very relaxing, plenty of space. We stayed in the cabin for a full day. We had a ball, enjoying each other company. We both said we definitely coming back, maybe with our grown kids. if not by ourself again. Very clean place. Appreciate the owner calling making sure we were ok & if we needed anything. Very pleased. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your cabin.

This place is EXACTLY as advertised. Pictures are accurate. The place is spotless. They even had a variety of pillows for those picky sleepers. We loved the arcade game, hot tub and pool. It's close to everything in Sevierville with a quick car ride. It's also in door dash/instacart range for anyone who uses that. We were really pleased with our stay. I will warn guests about the stairs, though. There are a lot of stairs to climb for luggage, etc. Just be prepared. Great place.

We enjoyed the stay. Other than bugs upstairs. We didn’t mention earlier because we didn’t want to have sprayed while our belongings was there. Dumpster below cabin should be relocated eyesore and smelt bad. We did enjoy our stay.

The cabin was just as expected. Very cozy and a great size for my family of 4. We wanted a place that we could spend some quality time together and this cabin provided that. The pool, hot tub, and game room were great for entertaining the entire family. The location was close to town and easy to find.
The kitchen had all the basics covered with a nice coffee bar. One of the very few faults I found is that the only frying pan available in the kitchen was flaking and not usable.
The hosts checked in with us over the stay and were quick to answer any questions I had.

The cabin was absolutely beautiful and the view was out of this world! We only had a couple questions and they were answered promptly. Everything about the cabin was exactly as described. The master bedroom upstairs had a mattress that was so comfortable that we slept in two days in a row! (I haven’t slept that good in years!) We highly recommend this cabin and are planning another trip with family to rent the other two cabins as well as this one for an extended stay next year. If you choose to stay here, I promise you won’t be disappointed!

The cabin was very clean, and we loved the location...off the beaten path... The layout was perfect for our family...which ranged from 74-2. There are 3 bedrooms on main level and 2 on lower floor with game room, movie room, and pool... great for older kids especially. Since there were so many of us, we ran low on towels, but we washed some, and it was fine. We ate almost every meal in the cabin, and I would say that the dishes and glassware were great, but the pots and pans are showing a bit of wear and tear...Mine at home are as well (Haha). I understand that there is a huge turnover, and it must be hard keeping track of what needs updating. Someone else probably wouldn't have even noticed, but I cook a great deal. My family makes fun of me because I'm supposed to be on vacation.

Be prepared for the drive up to the cabin. It has switchbacks, steep grades, and even a bear in the road we had to stop for...but so worth it...the view was spectacular. We watched the fireworks in the distance one night from the back porch(Dollywood?) and saw another bear way down the hill from cabin...amazing!

My biggest compliment is the service. I have stayed in many VRBO rentals, and I have never had such excellent response to the few problems we had. If I reported something, the response was immediate. The concern for our comfort was evident in every text or phone call. I add my comments and complements to the other excellent reviews of the cabin. The praise is well-earned.

We loved staying here! It was an easy 10 minutes from downtown! The location was super convenient. The indoor pool, movie theater and hot tub was a great addition to our stay. I would recommend to any couple looking for a getaway!

The property was great, tucked away in the Smokies. It was a good location for getting to downtown Gatlinburg, the arts and crafts district, the national park and Pigeon Forge.

Everything about our stay was great. We had a couple situations but they were addressed immediately. We would definitely rate a 10 out of 10 and hope to come back in the near future.

Truly enjoyed our annual couples trip with this home. The pool is a lot smaller than pictured more appropriate for small kids. We had a small issue with pipe loosening in the kitchen but our husband's fixed it however the property was there within 20 minutes to help as well. Otherwise it was perfect. We loved that everyone had their own room and bathroom. The game room and movie room were fun as well we made a lot of memories on this property.

It was exactly what we needed. Our family always goes to the beach but we decided we needed a change and for our kids to see something different than the ocean out our front door and seeing a mountain sunrise was amazing! It was quiet, peaceful and so relaxing. We enjoyed walks up the mountain to the top as well as the Titanic Museum and a local zip lining tour. The cabin was clean and ready for us upon arrival. The communication with the owner was amazing, they were very thorough and helpful the entire time we were there. Overall it was great!! A few small improvements throughout the property but we have nothing but great things to say about them, we might be back next year!

The lodge was perfect and very comfortable. Very roomy. We were minutes away from several restaurants and activities for our kids to enjoy.
I wasn’t aware of how high up the road the lodge would be and heights and narrow roads make me very uncomfortable but luckily my husband is a skilled driver! My family enjoyed our stay!

We took our three adult children and granddaughters to the mountains for a long weekend and this house was just what we were looking for. It’s a great location, close to Dollywood and the local restaurants. The house is spacious and very clean with lots of amenities to keep everyone busy. The host provided very timely and detailed instructions for getting into the house and we had no issues while we were there. We had a great time and would definitely rent this house again. The cabin was beautiful. It was very clean and comfortable. But the Hosts were amazing, there was a welcome basket and they even called us to check to make sure our stay was wonderful.

Very friendly and helpful. We wanted to check in a day early and they made it happen. Home is beautiful and private. The pool was a plus for our kids. Would have like another comfortable chair in the living room area for sitting other than the small loveseat for the 4 of us rather than having to sit in the dining room table chairs.

This is a lovely little cabin. It was almost perfect. They had everything you need to cook and it’s very nice. There is a large dumpster near the cabin and the smell on day 4 outside was horrible. Also the pool is very small. For my small children it was great though. We also got to see a black bear which was nice. The view isn’t that great as you look out over the deck to the dumpster and whatever else people threw out in the property below.

There is 3 floors, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, a grill, balcony access on every floor and every bedroom, an indoor and outdoor dining room, 2 sitting rooms, 6 rokus. 2 fireplaces, a fire pit, a game room including 2 old school style arcade games (Ms Pacman and NBA), a ping-pong table, a pool table, an indoor basket ball arcade style game, a popcorn maker, a movie theater, and indoor pool, and a hotub. There are Coffee makers on 2 out of the 3 floors, a gorgeous view, a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, extra pillows, extra blankets, 3 standing showers, 1 bathtub, 4 closets, a 20 minute drive from the Pigeon Forge Strip, 6 minutes from Food City grocery and gas, 5 minutes away from an urgent care, and decently inexpensive!!! Perfect for a family getaway or even a romantic getaway!! My family and I will be back for yearly trips as well as anniversary trips!! The staff and owners are full of hospitality!!! They leave welcome notes, are there for every step of the process, super kind and check in on you but they don't pester you. They are just so wonderful!!! This family owned business is the absolute best place to stay in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge!!!

Perfect Paradise!!! Our family recently stayed at this wonderful cabin in Sevierville for our Great Smoky Mountain vacation, and it was an absolutely fabulous experience! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the cabin. It provided everything we needed and more for a perfect getaway.The amenities were exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and the heated pool, which were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the mountains. The game room, complete with a pool table, offered endless entertainment for both the kids and the adults. We also loved the media room, which made for cozy family movie nights with its comfortable seating and large screen.The cabin's spacious living, kitchen, and dining area was ideal for our family. We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, which made preparing meals a breeze. Each room had a smart TV, allowing everyone to enjoy their favorite shows and movies.The secluded location provided us with the peace and privacy we were looking for, and the beautiful views from the cabin were simply breathtaking. We spent many mornings and evenings on the deck, taking in the stunning scenery and fresh mountain air.We were sad to leave this amazing place but are already planning our return trip. We had a fantastic time. The house/cabin was just perfect. We planned and ate most of our meals except for lunch at the cabin. We grilled several times. It was great having bathrooms in every bedroom plus a couple of extras. I thought that since we were from Fl and had our pool, we wouldn't use the indoor pool, but the children loved it. The large open kitchen/dining room allowed us to socialize the entire time. The back porch and firepit were terrific. And to top it off, we saw a momma bear with four cubs just down the street!

The views were amazing and the house was phenomenal. Communication was effortless with the host. If you want to see bears, come to this property. My family and i were blessed with seeing several bears on the winding road leading up to and on the property itself. It was amazing!

Upon arriving and going inside all I could hear was “look dad” or “wow at the games we can play.” This place is awesome and well worth the price. Old school arcade machines and a pool table! Plus the theatre downstairs across from the indoor pool area was very neat! We’ve made some priceless memories and can’t wait to go back. Also, you’re about 20 minutes from Pigeon Forge and 10 minutes from Gatlinburg. Go make your memories here!

This cabin was in a beautiful location with balcony views of the Smoky Mountains. Location was ideal distance from both Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg while still feeling remote and able to enjoy nature. The multi-levels offered plenty of space to spread out but lots of things to do together (arcade games, pool table, and theater). Look forward to visiting again in the future!

Such a great cabin! Would be best suited for families (there were only 2 of us and we only utilized the lower stories). The hot tub was awesome and the bed was comfy. We slept well each night. Overall it was a nice relaxing stay!

Many different ages in our group. Enjoyed that every bedroom has a private bathroom. Had an issue with AC right away and management had someone there immediately and repaired it. Very nice place.

Overall, this property is nice. Not impressed by all the extra building materials just laying around on the outside of the property. Such as concrete, siding, lighter fluid and big metal stakes.
Before bed couldn't enjoy any TV time due to the internet was so slow it wouldn't keep up with the TV.
For the price you would think everything on the outside would be clean and the TV would work without lag time.

Great time we stayed 5 night's. Drive way steep but every cabin seems to have one. Teens loved the theatre room and games. Wish there was more living rm seating besides table. Also, pool table room needs to be bigger. A few shots you just cant take bc of the angles. Loved it and enjoyed hot tub and balconies. Recommend cabin getaway.

The views were amazing. The house was extremely clean. Our kids loved the pool. The neighborhood was quiet despite being near other rentals. The house was conveniently located to several attractions of Gatlinburg.
The only aspect of the house that did not meet expectations was that things were cheaply made. For example, the bedside dressers/nightstand drawers would not open or close smoothly at all. The plastic kitchen utensils were super flimsy and almost impossible to use to actually cook a meal. The dish sponge completely crumbled when using it. The dish soap barely cleaned the dishes. The house was in great condition, but the cheap aspects reminded you that it was a “for profit rental” and not a “home”. When we search for places to stay, we enjoy the home feel. Overall, it was a good place to stay for a long weekend.

Very nice. Enough to keeping the teens occupied and relaxing. Notvas big as the tour made it look. The pool was smaller than expected. Neighbors dogs a bit yappy. 1 of which was very sweet and visited frequently lol. Overall though very good stay and relaxing!

The property was everything we needed for a fun family vacation. We saw three bears outside in the trees and that was very exciting! The first day I was unable to get the door code to work. I called the number and was helped immediately with back up option this was a pleasant experience. The drive up is very steep and all wheel or four wheel drive is definitely advised! (This is stated in the booking information) the many bathrooms in the cabin are a plus. I did wish for an actual bathtub to make bathtime for my toddler (2) easier. The shower was doable. only thing that would make this location better would be toddler accessories such as high chair and pack and play. My family would return to this cabin!

This property deserves a 10/10!! My extended family of 14 stayed at Hidden Gem and absolutely loved every minute!! Every picture is accurate down to the popcorn maker we were delighted to use for the family movie night. Each room had a personal bathroom and there was a bonus half bath on every floor. The pool table, ping pong table, hot tub and pool were used by many of us. The service from Ghosal Lodging was spot on! Anything we needed they provided. We had a HVAC issue, which they fixed in record time, and would have provided cooling units if necessary. We were very sad to leave as we enjoyed this home away from home for 7 days. We will definitely consider Ghosal Lodging in the future! (The picture below is the view from the cabin. It was definitely worth the drive up the hill.)

We had an amazing time at this property! There were 12 of us all meeting for a family vacation to Sevierville, the property was perfect for us! We were all comfortable. The property has all the amenities we needed and more! The kids LOVED the game room, pool, and theatre. We enjoyed grilling together and the proximity to Dollywood and Gatlinburg. Memories were definitely made by all! 10 / 10!

Cabin was beautiful! We loved the three decks and views of the mountains! It rained a lot while we were there but it was perfect to sit on the covered deck and listen to the rain! The location is perfect! Not more than 10 minutes and you are in downtown Gatlinburg. This little road is under construction and not currently paved so it was a little scary with the rain and gravel road but we made do. It was also hard to find a place to take my dog out to the bathroom. The cabin does have wear and tear, for example the rug on the back porch should be replaced and the pool table looked like it had seen better days. Overall, the cabin was extremely clean and spacious. The decks, view, location and basement area are worth it. 10/10 would stay here and recommend anyone else to stay here as well.

very clean property. Easy to get to. Plenty of space for a family with small children. Kids loved the pool and game room. Management was super, responded almost immediately to a few questions we had.

The upstairs bedroom was very cold at night and we couldn’t figure out how to change the temperature on the AC unit. So if you have small
kids or a cold sleeper, think about putting them in a different room.

The house had everything you need for a quick mountain getaway. We loved it and would book again in the future.

My Pup has no complaints, I have zero complaints. This is by far the best place we have ever stayed or been. Pool, Hot tub, decor, games. Everything was great. Thank you for your hospitality. Beautiful cabin, friendly host. Louis(not sure if I spelled that properly) was so professional & sweet.

My husband and I stayed at the Whispering Pines cabin with our 2 dogs. The cabin is gorgeous and very clean! It felt like home away from home- very comfortable! The area is very quiet. Ghosal Luxury Lodging was super responsive and helpful whenever needed. We would definitely recommend for anyone visiting the Gatlinburg area.

It was an awesome spot. Plenty to do or just swing on back porch and watch the beautiful scenery. The owners are awesome. We loved it here after we got home one of my sons said he missed the cabin. We would love to return for another family trip

We wanted a place that had it all for a great family getaway without having to really leave , this place has just that !! The pool the game room and hot top along with amazing kitchen. Not to mention plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms were nice. And our fur baby had plenty of space to play and have fun. It was a wonderful place with great experience. Would def recommend thank you for making my mother’s day weekend a family fun and relaxing weekend!

We had a wonderful vacation. The cabin was exactly what you see. We took our annual family vacation. There was so much to do in the Cabin we didn’t have to leave. The pool and hot tub awesome. The theater was crazy. We had a family theater night. My family consists of adults and our first grandbaby 6 months old. Everyone enjoyed themselves. The property manager done a great job a making sure you have everything and a good time. Definitely a place I would try again. Maybe next year.

Clean. Comfortable

We have been visiting the Smokies for years and have stayed in many cabins along the way. This has to be hands down the very best cabin we've ever rented! The property managers communicated very effectively and I knew their policies and exactly what to expect on arrival. The cabin was very clean and nicely decorated. I was a little skeptical of the size of the pool from the pictures, but we had two eight year olds in our group that spent hours in it. The pool may be small, but don't underestimate the fun. We couldn't use the hot tub the first night because it wasn't warm enough, but it was nice to know that was because it was freshly cleaned which was mentioned in emails ahead of time. Kitchen had everything we needed for simple meals. Fire pit was gas and lit easily. Theater and gaming areas were really cool. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely rent from this company again! Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Management was so helpful in troubleshooting a few things & fixing any issues I couldn’t! The kiddos loved the pool/hot tub & movie room! We will certainly stay here again if we come back this way!

The cabin had everything we needed to enjoy our rainy week. The kids loved the pool, hot tub, game room and movie room. The host was easy to communicate to when we had very minor issues and was solved very quickly. The views from the multiple decks were great. We enjoyed the fire pit when we could. The house was very clean and it was awesome they allowed dogs. Don’t let the twice weekly pool cleaning and once weekly hot tub cleaning deter you- we really didn’t want people coming in and interrupting our stay- but they were very fast and efficient. We were not bothered by it at all.

The property was perfect. We had no problems. The cabin is exactly like the photos. Very clean. If I was management I would put pictures of front and back of cabin. Only 2 small steps into cabin. Rear of cabin had 3 private decks. Very large outdoor space. Gas grill and gas fireplace had gas in bottles, the gave us starter wood for fireplace, there was a lighter and fluid to light and start the fires. There are actually 2 half baths in the pool room and game room. Never ran out of toilet paper or paper towels. Only suggestion would be end tables in family room for drinks. Pool was great for adults. We brought no kids. Hot tub was also great. Well worth your stay. Close to all city activities but still very remote in the mountains. Will be staying again.

Views were Amazing from the top balcony. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The drive up the mountain did get intense at times with the sharp turns and inclines. The only thing we had an issue with was trying to extend our stay for an additional night which they were not willing to match our current nightly rate. Would recommend to anyone looking for a cabin with a view with lots of amenities of home.

Cabin view was nice! Hot tub n pool were very clean, Hosts did call me back on Saturday evening about dishwasher, grill n ice maker…. Sent a repair man on Sunday to fix n brought bags of ice since he did not have a filter for ice maker which he knew he needed

Dishwasher was broken, no ice on Saturday arrival day, lights on deck not on after it got dark, clock in dining room did not work, gas grill was dirty with only one burner working, toilet in downstairs bathroom bedroom rocks, stains on sheets in downstairs bedroom on right, only one set of kitchen towels, bath towels were extremely thin n small, no towels for pool / hot tub area, found spiders n bus on lower level. Pool was warm the first day but cool after that.

I did research for 2 weeks trying to find the right location for me and my family to have a 4-day stay with beautiful views. And we definitely hit the jackpot with this location the views are breathtaking I absolutely love the three balconies and the kids enjoyed the arcade and theater. we had a great time downtown Pigeon Forge. Im super excited to come back and visit Tennessee again

They had well maintained and clean property to rent. They were attentive and checked in with us daily to see if we needed anything. Even after getting lost finding the cabin, when we called their number for help, the young lady on the phone was super helpful and friendly. I would definitely rent from this company again.

Exceptional service, they made sure we where completely satisfied during our stay. No negatives all positives and the cabin was as advertised! Looking forward to our next family vacation!!

Stayed here with our 3 grown children, their spouses and grandchildren. If we could give 10 stars we would! The cabin was perfect from top to bottom. Plenty of room and plenty of fun! From the pool to the theatre room to the game room there was always entertainment for the whole group. Each bedroom had their own bathroom with 2 other half baths conveniently located by the pool and the living room. Everyone of us loved how comfortable the beds/mattresses were. Each room had their own tv besides the ones in the game room and living room. We so appreciated that there were plenty of towels provided for our large group for the pool along with a washer and dryer for our clothes. The kitchen was set up with just about everything we needed to make our own meals. The three decks were amazing with one for the hot tub, one for a grill and eating area and another for relaxing and admiring the beautiful view. Did i mention the location? It was perfect! A grocery store, a pharmacy, restaurants, shopping, activities and main street downtown all were within a few minutes drive. It appears this cabin is fairly new. Clean, beautifully decorated and well maintained. And the hosts are one phone call, one text away if there are any issues at all they are right on top of it (had a very minor issue with the pool guy coming) This rental was worth every dollar we spent. We highly recommend it and hope to be back one day again soon! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable.

It's at the very top of Mountain, about 15 minute drive from The Island! Very pretty views! The reason for low rating, we stayed from Sunday to Thursday, the cabin was not rented for the weekend by anyone else. Called to see if we could get an extra night and the price went from $215 a night to $420 a night. I asked if we could get it for same price and they would rather let it sit than give it to us for same amount we paid all week. I don't think that's good business!

We sent a message about hot tub and it was addressed immediately. There were quick responses to all inquiries. We loved the views. Cabin layout was perfect. It has everything we were looking for! Kids loved the pool and we all loved the game and movie room

Awesome luxury cabin with great amenities and views. The indoor pool, sauna, and hot tub worked great! The cabin was well equipped with everything including plenty of towels, toiletries, and cookware. We experienced no issues with any aspect of our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

My family spent a few days at this cabin for Spring Break. It was even better than the pictures! My boys (8 and 5) LOVED the pool! The location was great - close to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. In response to the previous review talking about barking dogs, we did not have any issue with dogs. We did have a dog come lay on the porch the first day of our trip, but she was super sweet and didn't ever bark. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay! As we were making our 5 hour drive to the cabin we received a call that there was an issue with the pool. They had a solution and moved us to this cabin that was even nicer than the original we booked. We had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were well maintained as well as the entire cabin. Our host was in constant contact with us, checking to see if we had everything we needed. If I had a question or issue they responded promptly. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet get away but still want to be near all the action. We will definitely be returning.

What a beautiful cabin!! It’s hard to even call it a cabin, because it’s a luxury home I would definitely live in! Plenty of space for a large group of people, plenty of chairs and places to relax all around the property, and so many things to do around the house! From the indoor pool, to the dual hot tubs, to the multiple outdoor covered porches to hang, this amazing place has it all. I hope to book this exact property in the future, and 10/10 recommended!!!

My 14 year old daughter and her cousins were in heaven here. Everything was exactly as pictured and property management communicated frequently to ensure all was well.

My family and I were looking for last minute getaway for spring break. We were able to stay at this beautiful cabin with my two girls hubby and 2 small pups. Host was quick responsive and kind. Needless to say we will be back very soon!

Overall, our stay was ok. The owner was support responsive and easy to work with and due to this I gave it a 4 star rating over a 3. Place was clean and as advertise. My only negative comment was the poor internet. If you are planning on bringing the family and working while there, it would not be the best fit. Also, with the poor internet, the TV apps did not work well thus making the movie room kind of pointless. The pool and hot tub were great though.

We enjoyed everything about the cabin! The pool was great the view overlooking Pigeon Forge was fantastic. The drive up the mountain takes a few minutes, but is well worth the view and being a little further from the hustle and bustle below. The cabin amenities were so fun, that it was hard to convince my kids to leave the cabin!

The house was beautiful, the only down fall was that I paid for an experience with my family and dog. We were never able to utilize the outfoor door space because of the 3 neighborhood dogs rhat were constantly on our property all hours of the day/ night barking and roaming about. I reached out to the proprrty owner but nothing changed. i even fell on the steep mountain grade in the backyard because the dogs cane out of the woods and reacted to my dog. it was extremely nerve wrecking to say the least. Information regarding the neighborhood dogs should be disclised on this property, prior to booking, especially if you sre traveling with children/ pets. It was difficult to walk my dog so we decided to drive to other lloation, which should not transpire since i psid a pet fee for this house. For the amount of money paid onthis property, i expected a better overall experience!

Were there hiccups? Yes, nothings perfect. However, this place is gorgeous! It was very clean. My biggest issue was communication. Vrbo has you texting a number that the host doesn't respond to because they aren't receiving the messages. My advice for booking any Vrbo location is to communicate via messaging the host online. Once I did that, communication was better. She was nice and assisted with resolving the issue.

I would definitely book again! This place is the cleanest place Ive EVERRRR booked! Although it was rainy, this place had many options to make it a staycation! We enjoyed just being there and partaking in the activities they have within the home!

This cabin is truely a luxury cabin with high quality amenities. The hot tub, pool, and sauna were all clean and in excellent working condition. There were plenty of towels and cooking utensils. We especially appreciated the little extras like kcups, snacks, cotton balls, qtips, etc. The pool table, air hockey, and theater room were enjoyed be all. The peaceful mountain setting was very relaxing and the views were amazing. Definitely worth the mountain drive, which, though steep was no more scary than Pigeon Forge traffic during apring break. We had no issues with our stay but the host communication was excellent in case there were any issues. We would definitely stay here again.

We take this trip every year, this year. The cabin was right at number one of all cabins we have stayed at the kids, absolutely adored it. They didn’t really want to leave to go do stuff around town. it was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The view wasn’t great, but the quality of the cabin made up for that. we hope to be able to rent this cabin again for our trip next year the price was affordable and exactly within our budget

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day stay during Mar/Apr at this location. The house was clean and neat, and everything was in working order, just as described. There were coffee pods and creamer to start with, as well as a stocked spice rack and plenty of cook and serve ware. The kitchen was extremely clean and perfect for preparing everything we needed. Same for the bathrooms and bedrooms. The mattresses were firm and comfortable. The water pressure in the upstairs shower could've been better, but it wasn't the worst. The drawers in the nightstands upstairs were broken and unusable, but not a huge deal for us. The thermostat was easy to use and the place maintained a temperature very well. We were all comfortable at all times.
The hosts were attentive and accommodating. They brought us a new propane tank for the grill upon check in, without us having to ask. We loved having the game room and the heated indoor pool! The pool and hot tub were great! I would recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin! Lots of amazing amenities! A few flaws but nothing that ruined our trip! Had to stay on top of trash and dishes or you would get ants really bad. But you’re in the woods so again not a deal breaker. The internet was a little spotty so watching movies in the theater room was hard because it would just buffer, but again, wasn’t a big deal to us because we were out and about most of the day! Location was awesome! My kids LOVED the indoor pool. And as a parent, I really enjoyed the fact that it had a code and could be locked. I slept alot better at night knowing that. All of the decks were really nice! Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this cabin!

The location of the cabin is in a real good secluded area. It does get dark and lightning of the narrow roads is not the best (if you plan to come home late).
Nothing better than waking up and enjoying your coffee on the balcony. The cabin was great and definitely enough space for my family of four (7yr old and 10yr old). We really enjoyed the movie theater and the pool table. The boys were disappointed that the indoor pool was cold. I reached out to management and they quickly responded that someone would come out in the morning and they did. Unfortunately the pool issue wasn’t resolved and the temperature of the pool still remained cold. We utilized the hot tub and that was amazing. I loved the location of the cabin which is located near Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and about 7-8 minutes away from the main highway. Management got back to me and apologized about the pool in a timely matter and compensated us for issue which I really appreciated.
We would definitely come back in the future!

If you ever thought about staying in a cabin in the woods with a view, this is the dream. There are multiple decks with beautiful views, indoor game room with everything a kid could want, an indoor pool, and a theater room. Oh and a hot tub on one of the decks too. The host was very responsive with any questions we had. We are not mountain drivers so that was a little different for us. I would recommend doing a good shopping trip before heading up there. Overall 10 out of 10! We will be back.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The game room, theater room and pool were a huge hit with our kids. The hot tube was clean so we could relax. We were even able to play outside on the driveway/parking area because of the room and it didnt have any traffic. There were a couple of issues that were out of the property owners control, but once we relayed the issues, they were kind and quick to answer, even in the middle of the night! They were helpful and the communication was great. The cabin was clean and spacious.

Our stay at Dollywood Delight was fantastic! Ghosal was a great host. Everything was very clean, well-decorated, new and came as expected from the description. There were 6 larger adults and 2 children under 5 with us. We did wish there was a better common area to hang out, more lounge seating-couches to relax on. Maybe the upstairs pool table room? Loved the corn hole on the top deck. The check-in/check-out procedures were very clear, short, and easy to follow. Upon entering, the cabin is on a steep hill/driveway; surrounded by wildlife. (FIL almost stepped on a snake!) The hot tub was nice and the pool was perfect for 2 small children with an adult. The security pad on the pool was very reassuring. We loved the big rocking chairs and wrap around porch on each level. The grill was perfect for eating in like we did every night. Plenty to do right in/at the cabin! We’ll be back!

Very clean and the owners were excellent they communicated without delay responding to any questions that we had. We highly recommend this cabin for your next get away!

Everything you need for a getaway. Close proximity to grocery store and restaurants but far enough from town for a getaway. Bring your extra beach towels for pool and a few extra blankets. Roads are a bit narrow and steep for last mile or so before arrival. Nice quiet place when we was there and not much traffic in the area. Awesome decks and could see mountains in the distance. Decks are very safe for our small dogs 5lb Yorkie and 8lb Pomeranian or small children to roam freely on deck areas without worry. It is easily accessible to front door from driveway with only one step. It is 3 levels so 1 flight stairs up to 2nd bedroom and another down to pool and game room. Large bathroom area on main floor bedroom and a half bath. I would recommend this cabin for a group of 4 to 6. 2 separate bedrooms and fold down couch in living room to probably a queen size bed. Very nice, well maintained, and fairly new quiet place in the mountains.

The host is extremely responsive and does everything possible to make your stay a great one. We loved every minute of our time there. I can’t wait to go back on our next trip!

The location was also perfect! 10-15 minutes drive to anything we wanted to do in both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Definitely a great choice if you are looking for a quiet place full of amenities to unwind in after a day of activities in the mountains!

The host was exceptional and even went out of their way to call me at the beginning of our week to ensure the cabin was perfect on our arrival and if we had any further concerns or needs(of which everything was perfect and nothing more needed). The pool was perfect for our 3 year old daughter who learned to swim during our week there! Truly a perfect getaway and the location was right next to downtown gatlinburg and had a nice grocery story and gas station under 3 miles away. They have multiple cabins on the same hill and it was beautiful at night to see them all it up. Plenty of privacy and quiet location overall

Ghosal Cabin was a very nice stay. We would def stay again.
Pros- felt,smelt and looks clean. Hot tub and plunge pool were great and just as mentioned in listing(keep in mind that you’ll most likely not get to use the hot tub your first night bc of it being cleaned after last guest) beds were comfy and you have plenty of pillows. The company was very informative the entire time we were there, always quick to respond when reaching out and definitely care that you’re having a great stay and go above and beyond to make it happen if not.
Cons- Dishwasher was broken when we arrived, had a bunch of stink water not draining (contacted immediately and they sent someone that night as requested and had it fixed)Fireplace would not turn on and they couldn’t get a pro in until after our stay(they did!refund some money due to that) Even though the sheets were cleaned previous guest at some point must not follow no animals on the beds bc there was quite a bit of animal hairs on the sheets.

We had a blast at this cabin! Unlike previous reviews, the indoor pool was perfectly warm, providing endless fun. The location was ideal, offering both proximity to the action and peaceful seclusion. The host was incredibly responsive, even going above and beyond to return my forgotten glasses. We wouldn't hesitate to book again - it's the perfect getaway for anyone seeking a comfortable, fun, and well-located stay!

We just returned from a week in a Ghosal Luxury property (Tranquil Mountain Getaway on Mountain Top Rd) and Ghosal is 2nd to none when it comes to luxury cabins! They are building the cabins that suit all groups. The cabins are all absolutely stunning, with beautiful decor! The indoor pool was heated which was amazing for those of us non-polar bear kids. Ghosal knows what people want and they are delivering it in grand fashion! We will definitely be back!

We really liked the amenities (i.e. Games, Pool, Theater). The kitchen was well stocked, which was great. I really liked how each bathroom had hand soap. As parents we loved how the pool door had a keypad lock. Also, the communication with the property management/owners were excellent. They were quick to respond to questions and quick to communicate. The cabin is beautiful! As fully remote workers, we were able to work with ease, while our kids stayed entertained with the cabin amenities. Also the distance from attractions is great!

We didn't like how the patio doors on the main level and second floor did not lock at all, but had a stick behind it to stop it from opening fully. Thankful for the sticks, but would have preferred doors with working locks. The shower door in bedroom upstairs did not close fully. There were about 4 dogs that roamed the area off leash. Luckily my husband spotted a gentleman later in the trip and flagged him down to discuss the dogs to find they were friendly. Once we knew they were friendly, the unknown fear of them barking at us was eased.

The furniture in the living room was terribly uncomfortable, and we had to tighten the screws on the kitchen table chairs so they didn’t fall apart.

If you want a place that feels secluded yet not far from the all the attractions of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, this is the place! The house looked just like the pictures, it was clean and cozy, and we felt right at home as soon as we walked in. The weather was rainy most of our trip, so the indoor pool was an added bonus for our young children. I would definitely recommend staying here, and we are going to keep this place in mind for our next trip to the Smoky Mountains!

The property looks exactly like the photos. Location was close to downtown. Little ones enjoyed the pool. Adults stayed busy on classic games, theater, tabletops. Pristinely clean. Stocked with all the kitchen ware you may need to create every meal. Lots of linen. They thought of everything.

The house was nicely decorated and well kept. But the kitchen didn’t have salt or pepper, like most do.
There were a few things left unfinished constructions wise like some flooring transitions/ trim pieces that are really simple to do, but say a lot about quality.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

This property has everything! We come to the smokies every year and spend hundreds going out to have fun. We had all the fun here, so i saved a ton not having to go out nearly as much as we usually would. Awesome place!

The house was perfect and just a few minutes drive to downtown Gatlinburg. The house was also very clean and had a great mountain view. The host was very responsive and immediately provided a few missing kitchen items. We will be staying at one of Ghosals properties again.

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin SO MUCH! I can’t say enough about the cleanliness of the property & the amenities!
Even though the listing states 2 queen beds & 1 king, I believe they are all kings! Which was a nice upgrade!
We come to the Smokies 2-3 times a year & this was by far our favorite cabin we’ve stayed in.
We had an issue the first day we were there with one of the showers not working, however, I messaged the host and they sent a technician out asap & fixed it for us! The host was fast to respond & very thorough with instructions/defails/etc.
The views from this cabin are amazing! I could have sat on the back deck for the whole vacation & it would have been great. It is a bit of a long, crazy curvy drive up the mountain, but we didn’t mind it at all! We saw some wildlife on each trip up and down the mountain so our kids really enjoyed that each day.
We will be using this host again & will for sure search their other properties if this cabin is booked for our next trip!

We had a blast at this cabin! Unlike previous reviews, the indoor pool was perfectly warm, providing endless fun. The location was ideal, offering both proximity to the action and peaceful seclusion. The host was incredibly responsive, even going above and beyond to return my forgotten glasses. We wouldn't hesitate to book again - it's the perfect getaway for anyone seeking a comfortable, fun, and well-located stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Really close to so many attractions and stores. The cabin was very clean and the we all enjoyed to amenities it came with. Definitely will be returning again.

Our stay at this Gatlinburg cabin was everything we hoped for. The cabin offered breathtaking views and a cozy retreat. The interior was impeccably clean and beautifully furnished, providing all the comforts of home. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub. Our hosts were incredibly attentive, ensuring every detail was taken care of for a seamless stay.

Stayed at this cabin to celebrate the wife’s 50th birthday. Online pictures didn’t do it justice as to just how great this property was especially the view. It was a climb to get to the cabin but well worth it for the spectacular view of the mountains and downtown Pigeon Forge. At night you could even see the sky wheel on the Island in lit up. We traveled with our two dogs and there was plenty of room on the property to walk them. We enjoyed all the cabin had to offer even roasted marshmallows in the outdoor fire pit. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall it was a terrific stay!

My husband and I had a small get away and used Ghosal Luxury Lodging. When we got to our cabin the temp. in the cabin was in the 50's. I sent a message right away and got a response almost immediately. A tech. came out right after and got it taken care of. We also had issues with our wifi password and a member of the host team came right to us to trouble shoot. We most defiantly will stay with Ghosal again. We loved that most of their cabins were pet friendly. Our Buster Boy loved being able to stay with us during our get away. I would give them 10 stars if I could. The constant communication when needed was top notch. The cabin was very clean and exactly what we needed. We were there during a very cold time. The pool water was very nice but the room was cold just due to the temps being what they were. No fault of the cabin just the circumstances of weather. We were still able to use the pool the first 2 days, just decided to skip it last day because that was the coldest day of our stay. We were happy that we brought our 4x4 vehicle due to the snow. A couple steep inclines to get to this particular cabin but very close to town.

Tucked away in the mountains, this place had it all - an indoor pool, a cozy hot tub, and the most stunning mountain views you can imagine. And get this, it was close to town, so we could easily go for hikes, check out the downtown scene, and even join a moonshine tour. It was like a little slice of heaven. If you're after a mix of relaxation and good old-fashioned fun, this place is it! Highly recommend!

Beautiful cabin! Exactly as described. Customer service was outstanding! We locked ourselves out of the cabin on Sunday evening. Called customer service for assistance. They answered the phone immediately and got us back in our cabin without any hassle. We were so appreciative. Will definitely rent with them again!!

The host was always there to help. The breaker had tripped and the host came and checked it out and fixed it. We needed a few other things and they were always right there. Thanks for everything.

I can honestly say that our stay at Ghosals cabin was absolutely amazing. It was very rare for us to have to leave the property, everything that we could possibly need was available to us on the premises. I am sure that we will be returning for our next trip in the near future.

I loved that the cabin had plenty of space and everyone was able to do things without interfering with others. We had movie nights, played board games, pool table, ping pong, enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, and the hot tub and didn’t have to worry about privacy. The other cabins were nearby but you had plenty of privacy and a yard to enjoy. I liked that the kitchen was well stocked and any concerns were fixed very quickly. Would recommend and stay here again! There is a very curvy mountain drive so if you get nauseous easily, take dremamine. 😆

I couldn’t be any more happier with our stay at this cabin. Check in was a breeze. The hosts were very nice and attentive. The cabin was extremely clean and cozy. It’s just enough off the path to feel the privacy and appreciate all the views the mountains have to offer but also close enough to all the popular spots.

We had a wonderful stay and found the location to be very convenient for visiting Gatlinburg. Our toddler greatly enjoyed the play area downstairs, which was well-stocked with books. We also found the drive up to the house to be easy and not at all problematic. We would definitely recommend this place to others!

This cabin was GREAT! There’s everything you could possibly need here minus starter seasonings for cooking. There’s no oil, salt or pepper so be sure to bring your own for what you plan to cook during your stay. Most restaurants or grocery stores etc. were roughly 25 minutes away. The cabin is up a hillside/ mountain, but it was very easy to find. They supply you with started towels and a few linens but no extra blankets or pillows if you’re wanting that. They have TV’s in every room and all are Roku smart TV’s which were good for kids. Very clean cabin and so many things to occupy your time you don’t have to leave unless you want to. The host is very responsive and helpful which we really appreciate. Overall loved this place and you will too!

With well over a dozen 1 month stays between me and my husband I would have to say this was the best. An indoor pool, a game room, a theater, a hot tub and more, all in my private house. This place was fabulous, and you can sit around the coffee bar in the house and discuss it. Be sure to make your way out to the fire pit, gas fueled. Very nice! Would love to return.

Went to Gatlinburg for a relaxing weekend. Found house new build and spacious with issues with dishwasher, sliding glass door would not completely close and mini split for heat source upstairs not working. Furniture broken and hot tub cold. Needs attention in driveway and road up to home due to mud and large potholes. Will be a nice place with some attention and having builder address some issues.

My family of 9 spent 3 nights here and enjoyed every minute we were in this house. Beautifully built and decorated, each room had its own bathroom, there was plenty of room for us to spread out and enjoy all the amenities. The pool and hot tub were favorites, both were very clean. In fact, I felt the house was extremely well cleaned from top to bottom. The drive up the mountain is not for the faint of heart but worth it once you see the views, when we arrived there were 2 wild turkeys in the back yard! What a nice greeting that was. We liked the location but it isn't easy to run out and grab something from a store so finish your shopping before you drive up the mountain. You can see the big wheel from The Island from this house. There was hardly any traffic on the road and the setting felt very private despite being next to other homes. My husband and I thought the walls were thin because we could hear the kids and grandkids having fun after we went to bed, but maybe they were just loud and we are old. I would recommend this property and I'd stay there again. All communications with the owner went smoothly and they answered questions quickly. We were sad to leave.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was immaculate, the amenities were family friendly, beautifully decorated home with space for all of us to spread out and enjoy ourselves. The views are spectacular, there were wild turkeys in the backyard when we arrived. The drive up the mountain is no joke- this isn't a property in which you can quickly run back and forth to town. Just do all your shopping before heading up the mountain. The views are worth the drive. We loved the pool and hot tub, the kid's reading corner was a lovely surprise and the little ones enjoyed it. We would come back again.

We had an amazing stay! Being able to bring our dog was a huge plus for us and he felt right at home.
The house was in a great location with great views, close by attractions and downtown. Nothing better than all bedrooms w/private full baths, large eat-in kitchen with large island and table for all guests. The game room made for fun nights in...the house was a vacation in itself with theater, indoor pool & hot tub as well.
The three levels of decking made for great views of sunrise, sunset and a relaxing morning cup of coffee/tea as well as a night time beverage.
The Host was a great communicator before, during & after and was very much appreciated. We hope to go back really soon!

The place was nice and looked just like the pictures. Host was responsive when I contacted but there are some things you should know if you plan to book. The pool area was nice and clean but the pool temp was not comfortable. Too cold, especially in winter and if you book a place with an indoor pool in winter you want to be able to enjoy the warmth. There was none. Also you can hear every step anyone in the house takes especially on the stairs so it is not a quiet house. The TV in the main area is very difficult to work. You have to work on the ROKU box every time you turn it on to be able to change the channels. And the dishwasher would not work. It sounded like it was coming on but wouldn’t. Due to all these small issues I wouldn’t book this house again. It’s the frustration I have encountered in any cabin I have rented in the 35 years I’ve been coming to Gatlinburg.

Great communication! We communicated we had some icy steps, they immediately brought some ice-melt to put down. Very friendly, prompt and considerate. Very much appreciate the hospitality and will definitely book again!

This cabin is exactly as described. It was large and perfect for our group of 11. There is enough space for everyone to spread out. All of the amenities were wonderful, there was something to do for everyone. The host was very easy to communicate with. The view is fantastic. We would like to stay again. 10/10.

There was 12 of us and we enjoyed our stay. The Managers were very responsive to any questions we had. The home was everything we wanted. There was something for everyone to do. Our ages ranged from 78 to under 2.

The location, the setting, interior. Loved everything about it.

Absolutely beautiful cabin in the woods up Bluff Mountain!!! Wonderful things to do inside the cabin, AWESOME game room & entertainment space…and a great view for the entire family to enjoy! What really stood out to me was how kind the property manager was, she was such a pleasant person to work with and you could tell she really cared about her guests/ clients. Thanks again for the opportunity to stay in such a magnificent home!!!!

The cabin was an excellent choice for our family vacation. It was warming and felt like home from the moment we walked in. The host paid attention to all the fine details and even took the time to decorate for the Christmas Holiday! It has literally everything you need! The entertainment options are endless! Loved the indoor pool and jacuzzi. Game night was a hit. And so was movie night. There is even a movie style popcorn maker. It’s close in proximity to all attractions, especially Ober park! Would definitely stay again and highly recommend! Thanks for your hospitality.

Ghosal’s lodge was amazing. It was big, clean and filled with great amenities for any group. Everything functioned correctly with no hiccups. Everyone loved having their own en suites and the additional den upstairs was a nice secluded space. The driveway is still under construction so it’s a little bit of a headache driving in and out but the house is a masterpiece. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Wonderfully attentive and excellent communications prior to stay, during stay and even following-up after our stay. Beds are super firm, which may be a plus for some guests. Each bedroom has it's own awesome heating/cooling unit, which prevented family disputes over the thermostat for preferred sleeping temperatures.

We had a very nice stay. The King size beds were comfy. Little bit for everyone to do. I do agree with one reviewer that if you have a young child the stairs going to the pool are open, not even a gate. It even made me nervous when I passed by (not sure why but did), this however would not stop me from staying here again. There was even a starter sponge and dish soap long with a paper towel roll plus a couple of rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. Great stay and kept in contact while we where there.

It was an absolute dream. This was our Christmas memory trip. The owners were a dream to work with, it was set up to instantly feel like home, and overall was the perfect fit for our family. We have used many cabins and are usually loyal to a fault but this is definitely our new spot!

Cabin was beautiful and our family enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was very clean, and the plunge pool was small (lukewarm) but we enjoyed using it a couple times. We had very cold temperatures during our stay. The cabin itself gets very hot in the theater room and upstairs, but struggles to maintain 65 degrees on the main level (living and bedroom). We would have appreciated more comforters and blankets, but no complaints on the beds/pillows. The electric fireplace in the living room does have a heater and provides a nice ambient touch. More silverware and better knives would have made the kitchen experience better. Please note it is up three flights of stairs to the front door and the driveway is shared with another cabin, so hauling luggage and groceries is a bit of work (but not a deal breaker). We had snow and ice during our trip which made the stairs dangerous (a snow shovel would have been helpful). Overall a peaceful and pleasant experience for a nice getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay. In fact, we enjoyed it so much we extended our trip. We did a lot of cooking And the various cooking supplies were incredibly!

We loved the tent on the upper level. The books were awesome too for bedtime stories. They were perfect for my beginner reader.

Overall wonderful experience, you won’t regret it.

My husband and I wanted to have a relaxing getaway with 2 of our friends. We knew we didn’t want to do much sightseeing so we picked this cabin. We figured with the indoor pool, hot tub, theater room, and games we would have plenty to do. We definitely did!! We only went out one day and had lunch and got some moonshine and went back. We stayed in the cabin and cooked our meals the rest of the trip. The pool and hot tub were extremely clean. The Ms. Pac-Man, ping pong, and theater room were our favorites. Of course the hot tub felt wonderful. The mattresses on all 3 beds are extremely firm. The upstairs bedroom especially. It probably hasn’t been used as much as the other 2. It was nice to have so many televisions also. The only thing I would change is a place with a bigger couch and maybe a recliner or 2 so you can prop your feet up. Maybe even some of those little round ottomans you can move around to take into the different areas. I think a couch or a couple recliners would be great in the game room with that big tv. We will definitely be back!!!

We stayed here from Jan 6 to Jan 11. The house and view was beautiful. The family enjoyed the game room and theater room. The Hosts were very responsive to any questions or needs that came up.

The property manager was outstanding. Every time we reached out she responded very timely. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the cleanliness because of the dirt on the walls. If you want to play pool and you’re an amateur, the pool table is perfect. If you’re looking for a pool table for Sirius pool players, this is not the pool table for you. The air hockey game needed work. The view was magnificent. One night driving back. We actually saw Bear walking down the road.

The cabin is great fun with plenty of space, games, and a beautiful view. The cabin is in a neighborhood of cabins on the top row of homes. There is a short but very steep road to access the cabin. It was fine on dry roads with a mini van but wet roads were more challenging. Heed the 4 wheel drive comment in the listing. Great and quick location to Pigeon Forge & Dollywood. We had a blast with our family! Good management company that quickly answered our questions

The cabin was very nice. The views were magnificence. You had view o snow-top mountains and lights at nearby town. There were a few issues we encounter.
2 1/2 Days without use of fireplace with gas company and 2 technicians. It was at least 10 degrees colder in kitchen/living room area. The technician who fixed fireplace was asked to show how to light outdoor butane fire burner. We re-lit the outdoor propane fire pit which lasted 10 minutes..ran out of butane.
We checked out indoor heated pool in which water was cold. The pool cleaners came a few days later and water was still cold. Upon investigation the breaker had flipped off, but next day we got in the pool and checked the breaker which was on but water just a little warmer.
Next on night before we left washing/drying clothes and washer stopped. Rather than e-mail host I found a phone number. Got customer service person who was helpful. She contacted a technician and advised possible breaker flipped. That was the problem.
My family and I feel some of these issues could have been checked prior to next guests check-in as there was several hours.

great comfortable place. I took my family of 7, and they love it. The children had so much fun! My grandmother enjoyed the jacuzzi and view. It was such a relaxing getaway. The only advice I would give for people who are not used to mountains is to mentally prepare for that drive lol.

Our stay was perfect from start to finish. Immediately when you walk in, you have a very homey feeling. It seems as though the host thought of everything you would need. There are ample supplies in the cabin. You definitely won’t be bored there is to do from Ping-pong, plain, pool, video, games, swimming, or just relaxing in the hot tub or even watching a movie in the home theater. The cabin is absolutely beautiful. There’s even a fire pit although we didn’t get to use it it’s in a very nice area. The neighborhood is under construction but the construction started at a reasonable time so it didn’t disturb us. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to spend time with your family

I think if everything would have been exactly like the photos I wouldn’t have as much as a problem, but photos 12, 13, 14,16,17 was not, as it was shown in photos 20 and 22 were changes. I guess that they made but for me it looked like all of that was supposed to be there because this is why I booked it, but it was not. There was major dust behind the TV in the first floor bedroom that had never been dusted in some months it looked like. The upstairs sink faucet was loose and of course the pool was not heated until Friday the last day we were there. They were very responsive on everything that I spoke to them about they got people right out there immediately within a few hours of the next day so that part was very good but the part of purchasing, this cabin as it was displayed, I am totally dissatisfied. I tried to give them a good rating to the best of my ability because the people were outstanding with responding it was just not what I paid for and bargain for.

The place was very beautiful. My kids had lots of fun.

Great place to stay, everything was as advertised. Would highly recommended to anyone looking for a private yet convenient place to stay in the Pigeon Forge area.

We already talked about how we would love to stay here again next year! The host was very responsive when I reached out. The house was perfect for our group, very clean, spacious, with plenty of amenities!

The management staff was very receptive to feedback and we wish this company the best in the future as they transition ownership of their cabins to self-management. However, we did not go on vacation to be an experiment and faced a lot of challenges during our stay. They were very responsive and kind and gave a $50/day refund for a non-working hot tub, but overall this was an expensive cabin for the value and ended up putting a damper on our holiday where we had planned to stay at the cabin the entire trip.

This place was perfect for our family, the only issue we had was the hot tub not being warm enough for 24 hours after our arrival since they empty them for cleaning prior to each persons arrival. The owner was notified and responsive to this issue and offered to have a technician come out. This is a known issue, but I’m not sure if possibly a new hot tub is needed since it takes over 24 hours for it to be heated back up. Otherwise everything was wonderful during our stay.

We have a 10 and 7 year old and they absolutely loved the pool, hot tub, and game room. They also really enjoyed the small reading room up by the master bedroom. We would definitely do this experience again. Great place and location.

We loved our stay at Ghosal’s property. We appreciated how pet friendly the property was (besides lacking a fenced in backyard) & how responsive Ghosal was with concerns or questions. The game amenities were wonderful, the movie room provided a welcoming entertaining space, & the hot tub on the patio was perfection. The location of the property was ideal - only a twenty minute drive into downtown with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. However we were disappointed with basic amenities especially for the price of the stay. The towels were stained, too small, & thin. The beds were very uncomfortable. We don’t know why, but one of the mattresses in one of the downstairs rooms was flipped & guests were sleeping on the springs of the mattress. Water leaks from the pool room into the game room. No shampoo or conditioner is provided & neither is laundry detergent. Not enough dish detergent was provided for our stay. We have discussed with Ghosal & hope to see improvements made.

Booked this cabin for the Christmas holiday for my family of 5 plus 3 medium/large dogs. Had to pay a reasonable pet fee upfront. The fee was worth paying, so we didn't have to board dogs. Cabin was very clean upon arrival. 2 enclosed porches for dogs to have a space outside. Theater room is decorated beautifully! We enjoyed family time watching a movie, eating popcorn and candy together. Kids loved learning to play billiards. The hot tub was very clean and stayed warm in the freezing weather at night. The upstairs bed was SO comfy! Kitchen appliances are spacious and new. The kitchen had everything we needed. The only issue we had was the temperature between floors. The upstairs room was hot, and downstairs was freezing. We contacted the host, and he responded very promptly and sent someone out who fixed the problem quickly. The man they sent over was very kind and professional. I would definitely stay again!

Our family was looking to experience Christmas in the mountains for the first time. Words can not explain how thrilled we were to have chosen Ghosal Luxury Lodging as our host. The cabin was stunning. The amenities are all a family will need. The view was amazing in the day as well as night. They stopped by Christmas eve with Santa as well as milk and cookies. They also had a present for every child. They even included our teenage boys which meant so much for us. It was just the Christmas magic we needed. The host response and communication was also quick and friendly. This was also our first time traveling with our fur babies and they also felt right at home. I can go on and on about this amazing cabin experience but I will just say I recommend everyone to experience this awesome place.

This was a beautiful house with great amenities. We stayed over Christmas and it was a great space for our family of 5 (2 adults, 2 kids, and our dog) to relax while the world closed for the holiday.
The kids enjoyed the pool, game room, and movie room the most. The adults enjoyed the quiet atmosphere (even with the movies going full blast!) and plenty of space to spread out in the house.

Having a kitchen with everything we needed to cook was important as well so we didn’t have to eat out as much. The hosts were great and so responsive to all my questions. Would definitely plan to rent this cabin again in the future.

Cute little cabin! The indoor pool was a nice touch, but 82 degrees was quite cold. The towels and washcloths were scarce and very thin, so I would recommend bringing your own. We ended up washing towels to get through the week. We ran to the grocery and got laundry soap. The dishwasher was off balance and wouldn’t complete a full cycle on its own. Something with the sensors in it. We got to the cabin a bit before check-in and the lady to clean and inspect showed up 15 min prior to 4. Based on the downstairs shower, sticky counters and so much dog hair on the floor, I don’t believe it was cleaned prior to our arrival. Overall it was very nice to relax. Just a few suggestions.

This cabin exceeded our expectations. It was just as described beautiful and clean. All the amenities to make a family getaway amazing. This was our first Christmas vacation as a family and our family of , and our fur babies felt right at home. Ghosal had Santa come by the cabins with milk and cookies as well as a gift for the children. It was definitely a piece of Christmas magic. Definitely recommended to those looking to explore Tennessee. Tons to do nearby.

This Airbnb is amazing 😍😍. It's pricey but well worth it. A true 10/10 stay!

The King size beds were comfy. There was even a starter sponge and dish soap long with a paper towel roll plus a couple of rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. Great stay and owner kept in contact while we where there.

Stairs going to the pool are open, not even a gate. It even made me nervous when I passed by (not sure why but did), this however would not stop me from staying here again.

Easy check-in and the property is Super Nice and Spacious with Awesome Amenities and Very Close to the Gatlinburg strip! Beautiful and Cozy!

House was exactly as described. Big, roomy, new and clean. We enjoyed playing ping pong, pool, watching a Christmas Movie in the Theater Room and the hot tub. We had a couple of issues with the hot tub but they were addressed immediately. The indoor pool cannot be set over 84 which is a little cool in the wintertime for the kids, but nice and clean. We enjoyed the fire pit. My only negative comment would be that this beautiful home is located up Bluff Mountain and the access road is steep and narrow with a lot of switchbacks. It was a bit scary to me at night. However, the view from the house is beautiful. The owners were very kind and responsive and immediately answered any questions we had. Overall a great trip!

Wonderful stay! Our family really enjoyed our stay. Checking in was a little hectic cause we had to wait for linens to be put on the beds which took about an hour. We were able to get in the house but housekeeping didn’t speak English so that was a challenge. Other than that it was wonderful

Nice place with great location

Our family enjoyed our stay during the holiday season. Cabin was well equipped in the kitchen and both the children and adults enjoyed the game room, theatre, pool, & hot tub. All bathrooms were supplied well with towels and wash cloths. The view of the strip at night is magnificent! The company checked in with us often to ensure our stay was going well & we had what we needed. They were even calling for snow one evening & they gave us a heads up. Would defiantly stay again & recommend to others!

The beds were super comfy. My brother didn’t leave the cabin the whole time we was there and the kids loved the pool ! A+

Very cozy!!

This was a great place for my mother's birthday gathering. My mother is very hard to please and she absolutely loved this place. We had a party of 10 and everyone could have their own privacy and we were not crowed at all. The outdoors firepit with picnic benched was not mention in the amenities but this place does have it. In all this place was very clean, pleasant to the eyes, mountain view is breath taking and me and my family will be back to visit and will book this cabin again!!! The host gets thumbs up from use, she communicated with us throughout our stay and if we need anything she responded very quickly. If I continued to tell you how great this stay was I would type forever. So I will stop now by saying you won't be disappointed in this cabin at all. I know you will love it like all 10 of us did!!!

We rented the cabin for our family Christmas holiday. The cabin is beautifully decorated and the Christmas tree was lovely. We had a hard time deciding if we go into town or stay at the cabin. So many things to do. The fellas loved the theater room for Sunday afternoon football and the large island was great for baking holiday treats. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Everything was as pictured, clean and welcoming. The amenities were just what we needed and well kept. The team is very responsive also. I am already wanting to go back and have recommended to friends. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The cabin was perfect for a quick getaway. Rented between the holidays to escape with the dog and relax. The cabin itself had plenty to do for when you're spending the day or the evening there. Plenty of the comforts of home, while also having plenty more to make the stay enjoyable. It's not secluded, but it has privacy curtains to grant privacy on the patio and in the pool. It's close to downtown Gatlinburg, so you're 5 minutes away from walking and window shopping on the main stretch. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends. Just make sure it's in your budget, because you'll pay for the comfort. But it's definitely worth it if you can afford it.

Beautiful cabin with amazing views! Host was quick with responding to any questions &/or concerns. Great stay for 3 small families with kids.

This is such an amazing place. We enjoyed the three tiers of balcony overlooking the awesome scenery. The pool was awesome. The cabin was spacious and well maintained. There is a fire-pit outside and a separate deck with chairs. The sunrise was spectacular and you could see Pigeon Forge down below and at night the scene with its contrast is absolutely gorgeous. Depending on the weather, one can see the entire smorgasbord of colors and various faces of nature from up above and it is a sight worth seeing. Book this cabin for its location and the pool and theater and the game room can simply be extras for the main course.
Ghosal works hard to make the stay easy and nice for you and our interactions with him and the various people of the company were very pleasant. Highly recommended.

The property was beautiful with so many amenities

The road going to the property was a little scary. If the weather had been bad, we might not have been able to get to the house. I know the area if under construction so hopefully in the future it will be better.

This was a beautiful experience for my family! We loves the views & enjoyed the pool! It was super clean & love decorations! All the decks were huge & roomy! Will be back!

This place is really awesome! It is not far from the main strip in Gatlinburg and is in a really nice location. The host is very nice and helpful, replied quickly as well! I would 100% come back!
